Scope and responsibility
This policy applies to the SendTic website, account area, support interactions, and platform. For customer account, billing, security, and website data, SendTic generally determines the processing purpose. For contact lists, subscriber records, campaign content, and connected mailbox data supplied by a customer, SendTic generally processes that information on the customer’s instructions.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide, such as name, email address, company, account details, support messages, campaign settings, and billing references. We may also collect technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device data, pages viewed, timestamps, authentication events, error logs, delivery events, and cookie identifiers.
How information is used
Information may be used to create and administer accounts, provide requested features, process transactions, authenticate users, deliver email-related functions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot, respond to support, improve performance, comply with law, and communicate material account or service updates. Marketing communication is sent only where permitted and can be unsubscribed from.
How information may be shared
We may share information with service providers that support hosting, infrastructure, email delivery, payments, analytics, security, and customer support. We may also disclose information during a business transaction, with consent, to enforce agreements, protect rights or safety, or where required by law. SendTic does not sell contact-list content provided by customers as a data broker.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the type of information, account status, customer instructions, security needs, dispute periods, and legal obligations. Data may be deleted or anonymized when no longer reasonably needed. Residual copies can remain in protected backups until the normal backup cycle completes.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system is completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own; where law requires, an appropriate transfer safeguard should be used.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, withdraw consent, or obtain a portable copy of certain personal data. You may also opt out of marketing. We may verify identity and may deny or limit a request where the law permits.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
SendTic and its service providers may use cookies and similar technologies for essential operation, preferences, analytics, security, and advertising when enabled. See the Cookies Policy and AdSense Policy for details.
Children and changes
SendTic is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the website. This policy may be updated as the service, providers, or legal obligations change; material changes will be reflected by a revised date or additional notice where appropriate.
