Scope and roles
This policy applies to personal data processed through the SendTic website, account area, support channels, and platform. SendTic generally acts as a controller for account, billing, security, and website data. When a customer uploads or connects subscriber and campaign data, the customer generally acts as controller and SendTic acts as processor on that customer’s instructions.
Personal data we may process
Depending on the services used, data may include identity and contact details, account credentials, billing and transaction references, device and log information, support communications, campaign settings, audience records, consent evidence, delivery events, and product usage data. Customers must only provide audience data they are permitted to use.
Purposes and lawful bases
We may process personal data to provide and secure the service, administer accounts, deliver requested communications, prevent abuse, respond to support, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. The applicable lawful basis may be performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with law, or consent. Where consent is the basis, it may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Processors, recipients, and transfers
Data may be shared with vetted hosting, infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, payment, security, and support providers where necessary to operate SendTic. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect rights and service integrity. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism where required, such as adequacy decisions or approved contractual safeguards.
Retention and security
Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, contractual commitments, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and account state. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your GDPR rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request information about processing, access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent and may have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. Identity verification or additional details may be required before a request is completed.
Marketing, cookies, and automated decisions
You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time. Cookie and similar-technology choices are described in the Cookies Policy. SendTic does not intend to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about website visitors solely through automated processing without appropriate notice and safeguards.
