No Refund Policy
No refund or prorated credit is provided for unused time, unused email volume, account inactivity, change of mind, downgrade, cancellation after charge, failure to use the service, or suspension caused by a breach of the Terms and Service.
Trials and evaluation
Where a free trial or demo is offered, use that period to evaluate whether the service fits your needs before making a paid purchase. Failure to cancel before a trial converts to a paid plan does not create a refund entitlement unless the checkout terms or applicable law expressly provide otherwise.
Renewal and cancellation
Recurring subscriptions may renew until cancelled through the available account or support process. Cancellation prevents future renewal after it is processed; it does not reverse a charge that has already completed. Submit cancellation before the renewal date and keep confirmation for your records.
Limited exceptions
An exception will be considered only where applicable law requires a refund or where SendTic confirms a duplicate charge or unauthorized billing error attributable to the transaction. A service outage, delivery result, or third-party provider issue does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Billing questions and chargebacks
Contact SendTic promptly if you do not recognize a charge or believe an amount is incorrect. Starting a chargeback without first attempting to resolve a legitimate billing question may delay investigation and can result in account restriction while the dispute is reviewed.
Third-party purchases
This policy governs fees paid directly to SendTic. Purchases completed through Amazon, ClickBank, an app marketplace, reseller, payment partner, or another third party are governed by that seller’s checkout and refund terms.
Request a billing review
To report a duplicate or unauthorized charge, use the SendTic contact page and include the billing date, amount, account email, and transaction reference. Do not send a full card number, password, or security code.
